What We Invest In
Every investment is its own deal — with clear terms, defined returns, and no commingled capital. You know exactly what you're in, what you stand to earn, and how it closes. Each opportunity is underwritten conservatively, with downside scenarios modeled before any capital is committed.
We develop ground-up residential and light commercial projects — acquiring the land, managing the build, and selling the completed asset. Each project has a defined scope, budget, and exit target before capital is committed.
We acquire properties with strong upside, renovate them to a higher standard, and sell or refinance at completion. Scope and budget are set before a dollar moves — no open-ended commitments.
We extend short- to medium-term private loans to creditworthy borrowers. Fixed returns, clear repayment terms, and full documentation — each loan is a standalone transaction with no cross-exposure to other deals.
